I’m Kristina, the founder of Heart & Soul Yoga, a welcoming and inclusive space to help you connect more deeply with your body and mind. Whether you're new to yoga, an experienced practitioner, or simply a laptop warrior looking to unwind after a long day, my classes offer something for everyone.
I offer practices grounded in anatomy and movement science, designed to release tension, increase range of motion, and support overall wellbeing. Each session combines flowing sequences with restorative techniques that promote balance and ease. More than just physical movement, these classes are a chance to nourish your heart and care for yourself—giving you the space to slow down, reconnect, and restore.

A Healing, Heart-Centered Approach
My teaching is grounded in a belief that yoga can offer deep healing—not only for physical tension but also for the emotional stresses we carry. I create soul-centered practices designed to release tension, nourish the body, and bring you back to a place of inner peace. Each class offers a calm, inviting space where you can reconnect with yourself through gentle, flowing sequences that support your journey toward wholeness. From grounding, restorative sessions to playful, energizing flows, I’m here to help you explore a practice that’s as empowering as it is healing.

My Journey To Teaching
Since I began teaching, I’ve completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow and continue to expand my studies in restorative breathwork and practices specifically tailored for office and remote workers. With a background in People Operations and coaching, along with training in Mental Health First Aid, I bring a holistic, person-centered approach to every session. At Heart Soul Yoga, my goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where you can truly embody and care for yourself.

Join Me in Practice
My offerings are mainly online, making it easy to fit yoga into your day from the comfort of your home. I offer small group classes in a supportive community, as well as personalised one-on-one sessions and corporate/office yoga. I also teach in-person classes around London for those who prefer to practice in a group setting.
